Cooperation with other national political and socio-economic stake holders such as the government, political organizations, civil society organizations, religious groups ; business community, international community and the media

I. Strive for a free and fair sustainable national economic development, and the modernization of Rwandan economy through agriculture reforms and modernization ; commercial and industrial development, land reforms and redistribution, settlement policy reform, financial sector reform and modernization, education and training sector reform and modernization, welfare systems reform and modernization of various other economic and social economic sectors.

II. Work towards sustainable development and especially sustainable planning and protection of environment. Find quick and lasting solutions to the problems of abject poverty.

III. Have a good bilateral and multilateral regional and international cooperation and relations ; respect for international law, systems and principles, and the mutual respect and cooperation between nations based on international law and conventions.

IV. Find a lasting solution to the problems of ethno-political conflict, other issues related to injustice, rule of law, political and socio-economic oppression, repression, subjugation, corruption, abuse of power, use of force, all forms of human rights abuse, nepotism and other regressive policies.

V. Achieve immediate and lasting solution to the existing political and diplomatic problems between Rwanda and other countries. Ensure such problems with any other country or international organizations do not re-appear in future, through non-violent peaceful means of conflict resolution.
