Celebrating Democracy: International Day of Democracy at the Rwandan Parliament

Among the notable attendees was Ambassador Hon Dr. Frank Habineza, the President of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda. In his remarks on X , Dr. Habineza emphasized the critical opportunity this day presents to reinforce and uphold democratic values enshrined in the Rwandan constitution.
